Nick has worked with clients from across North America in multiple sectors to transform cultures. Prior to founding 1-DEGREE/Shift, Nick was a Senior Vice President at Softchoice Corporation, a North-American technology provider. Throughout his 18 years at Softchoice, Nick held leadership roles in sales, marketing, operations, HR and mergers and acquisitions, all of which were instrumental to the growth of Softchoice through its IPO and beyond. Nick played a strategic role in the recognition of Softchoice as a Most Admired Culture and a Great Place to Work for many years.

Before 1-DEGREE/Shift, he was Founder & Partner at Fusion Learning (now DDS) where he grew a start-up to become the fastest growing, largest private sales effectiveness firm in Canada.

EXPERIENCE:
With 8+ years of experience in non-profit, small business and corporate environments, Linda’s passionate about supporting people, programs and organizations working towards their full potential.  In her previous roles as Mentor-in-Residence, Personal Development Coach, and Training Advisor, Linda has coached mentors and entrepreneurs across Canada as well as mentoring organizations around the world. She’s co-led curriculum planning and design for an award-winning training program, in partnership with Toronto’s Ryerson University The G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education, Canada’s first online entrepreneurial mentor training program.

Linda’s approach to any initiative is collaborative. Her intense curiosity drives her to seek out various perspectives and diversity of thought. She filters her decisions through the ‘others’ lens and is focused on making the best experience for everyone involved.
