Andrew Williams

EXPERIENCE:
Andrew is passionate about cultivating high performance in teams. He believes that high performing teams deliver holistic value to everyone in the corporate ecosystem. Andrew holds a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

He enjoyed a successful career in sales and marketing at Xerox and KPMG before following his passion to serve as Vice President, Community Initiatives, for the Yonge Street Mission. Andrew also has considerable experience advising technology companies that operate within the Internet of Things (IOT) marketplace.

Andrew leads volunteer trips to Kenya to work with street orphans. He was presented with the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for his community service.

Annalise Jennings

Annalise Jennings is a business and community strategist who has specialized in projects that focus on transformation and empowerment. She is the founder of Dynamic Exchange, an organization committed to supporting individuals, teams, communities, and organizations to reach their fullest potential. Over the past 20 years, Annalise has designed and facilitated programs for large corporations, indigenous communities, educational institutions, infrastructure and rail sectors throughout the US, UK, New Zealand, India, Indonesia and Australia.

Carol Faull

EXPERIENCE:
Carol has led and facilitated organizational culture initiatives across five continents over the past 19 years, in collaboration with a global consulting firm and independently since launching her own consulting practice in 2015.  Previously, through her 17 years of experience as a telecommunications executive – launching and leading mobile phone start-ups in Canada, India, Romania, Brazil and the UK – Carol gained a profound understanding of diverse nationalities and workplace cultures that she now brings to her clients in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.

Charles Holmes

EXPERIENCE:
Charles has over 30 years of experience designing and facilitating collaborative strategic meetings and multi-stakeholder dialogues for corporations, government, non-profits and communities. As a co-founder of the Learning Strategies Group at Simon Fraser University’s School of Business, he has helped develop and deliver many innovative leadership and management training programs.

In 2005, he helped establish the Dalai Lama Center for Peace + Education in Vancouver. He continues to produce and curate the Connecting for Change program, which has brought a wide variety of corporate and NGO leaders together in dialogue with His Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Mali Foster

EXPERIENCE:
Mali is passionate about positive change in the workplace, as well as in our personal lives. Her experience volunteering in Uganda, Kenya and Guatemala inspired a deep motivation for travel and exploration.

After graduating from McGill University for International Development Studies, Mali moved to Changsha, China where she taught English as a second language for two years. She has since shifted gears and has been working in areas of project coordination & well-being. Mali holds a certificate in PERMAH Organizational Debriefs from The Wellbeing Lab.

There are few things in life that excite Mali more than noodle soup. Hunan Mifen, pho & ramen are some of her favourites.

Liz Eustace

Liz has combined being a certified coach, a licensed facilitator through Queens University in Mental Health Awareness and her subject matter expertise in MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), to bring impactful change to the lives of her clients.

Her 20+ years of experience in health and wellness is woven throughout her work when presenting on the complex issue of stress management and building resilience. She is the founder of JOT (Just One Thing) Living, which supports corporate clients through training and coaching using the foundations of positive psychology, the principles of mindfulness.

Tony Kerekes

EXPERIENCE
Tony Kerekes has been consulting over 25 years, having completed over 200 client engagements in a variety of industries and companies. Prior to consulting, he worked at national retailer Black Photo, as the post-sale change leader, transforming the organization culture, training, processes, accountabilities, aligning rewards and was accountable for customer service.

Tony has served on two boards of the Human Resources Professionals (HRPA), been an adjudicator on a national learning awards program, currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Ivey Business School and chairs a forum of Chief HR Officers of a cross section of organizations. He teaches a compensation course at the University of Toronto.
